William F. Harper V, Esq.
Bill is an attorney with the Law Office of Lindy Korn, PLLC. He focuses his practice on litigating and negotiating plaintiff-only federal and state discrimination claims under the NYS Human Rights Law and Title VII of the Civil Rights Act. Bill is a tenacious advocate and takes pride in his meticulous representation of his clients.
Before joining Lindy’s firm, Bill began his practice in commercial litigation where he represented clients in the Commercial Division of the Supreme Court of the State of New York. Bill has also practiced in the field of criminal defense as both an Assistant Public Defender and as a member of the Erie County Assigned Counsel program. During his five years as a criminal defense attorney, he represented clients on matters ranging from violations to A felonies, during plea negotiations, and during trial proceedings. Bill brings his litigation experience and familiarity with argument to the Law Office of Lindy Korn.
